Welcome to Rismind We believe that your memories and thoughts belong solely to you. Rismind is designed to be your smart digital memory assistant, built upon an "Offline-First" philosophy and absolute privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data We Collect

• Data You Provide (Your Memories): Texts, links, images, audio files, videos, and documents that you save in the App. This data is NEVER sent to our servers.

• Usage and Performance Data (Anonymous): We use analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics) solely to collect general, anonymized technical data regarding app crashes and performance. This helps us improve the user experience and is never linked to your identity or personal content.

2. Where is Your Data Stored and How is it Protected?

Rismind is designed to protect your data with the highest levels of security locally:

• Encrypted Local Storage: Your data is stored primarily and exclusively on your personal device within a fully encrypted database using SQLCipher and military-grade AES-256 encryption.

• Biometric Lock: You can secure access to the App using your fingerprint or facial recognition.

• Secure Key Storage: Encryption keys are stored safely within your device's isolated secure environment (Secure Storage/Keychain).

3. Innovative Sync & Smart Merge (Via Your Personal Cloud Only)

Rismind features an innovative synchronization system designed to guarantee total privacy:

• No External Servers: We do not upload, store, or have any access to your data on any cloud servers owned by us or third parties.

• Google Drive Integration: Synchronization relies entirely on a decentralized "Smart Merge Sync" technique utilizing your personal Google Drive account.

• Total Control: When you enable synchronization, your data is encrypted and transferred directly between your devices and your private Google Drive storage. Your data remains 100% under your control, and no one (including us) can access it.

4. How We Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Rismind relies on two types of AI processing:

• Local AI (On-Device): We use models that run strictly on your device (such as OCR for text recognition and on-device Speech-to-Text). These processes happen offline and your data never leaves your device.

• Direct Cloud AI: To provide advanced features (such as RAG Smart Chat and summarization), specific snippets of your text are sent momentarily and directly to AI service providers (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) via a secure API connection. We do not intercept or store this data on our servers, and these requests are subject to the strict privacy policies of the AI providers, which prohibit using API data to train their public models.

5. Your Rights as a User

• Absolute Control: Your data exists only on your device and your personal cloud account. You can delete it at any time.

• Unlink Account: You can stop synchronization and disconnect your Google Drive account from within the App settings at any time.

1. Description of Service

Rismind is a "Smart Digital Memory Assistant" that operates primarily offline. It allows you to save, organize, and review your thoughts using Artificial Intelligence, Spaced Repetition, and Knowledge Graphs, paired with a decentralized synchronization system via your personal cloud.

2. User Responsibilities

• Content and Security: You are the sole owner of your data. Because the App is encrypted and relies on local storage and your Google Drive, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your passcodes, and your Google account.

• Lawful Use: You may not use the App to save, process, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Synchronization and Reliance on Google Drive

Rismind's synchronization system relies on the Google Drive API to perform "Smart Merge" operations for your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from running out of storage space in your Google account, changes to Google's policies, or manual deletion of files from the App's folder within Google Drive.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Accuracy of Information

AI features (such as summaries and smart chat) are provided "as is" to assist you. The App does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. Users should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional, medical, or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Due to the nature of the App, which places privacy and data entirely in the hands of the user, Rismind and its development team hold no liability for data loss resulting from device damage, forgotten decryption passwords, or synchronization errors caused by internet outages or Google account issues.

• We highly recommend frequently verifying your synchronization status and keeping additional local backups using the App's built-in backup feature.

• The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the absence of software bugs.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, algorithms (including the Smart Merge Sync and Knowledge Graph systems), designs, and the Rismind brand and logo are our exclusive property. Copying, modifying, or commercializing any part of the App without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
